Century Tuna Calamansi and Aligue Rice Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoonscooking oil
1 tablespoonchopped garlic
1 siling haba (green finger chilli), sliced
1/4 cupbottled aligue (crab fat)
2 – 180 gramsCentury Tuna Flakes with Calamansi, drained
4 cupscooked rice
1/2 teaspoonsalt, to taste
1/4 cupchopped spring onions

Procedure

Heat oi in a pan. Sauté garlic, chilli and crab fat

Add Century Tuna flakes and rice.

Cook while tossing well until heated therough

Season with salt according to taste.

Top with spring onions before serving

Serves 4
