Ingredients
2 tablespoons | cooking oil |
1 tablespoon | chopped garlic |
1 | siling haba (green finger chilli), sliced |
1/4 cup | bottled aligue (crab fat) |
2 – 180 grams | Century Tuna Flakes with Calamansi, drained |
4 cups | cooked rice |
1/2 teaspoon | salt, to taste |
1/4 cup | chopped spring onions |
Procedure
Heat oi in a pan. Sauté garlic, chilli and crab fat
Add Century Tuna flakes and rice.
Cook while tossing well until heated therough
Season with salt according to taste.
Top with spring onions before serving
