Century Chunky Corned Tuna Mediterranean Wrap

Ingredients

1 – 175 grams Century Chunky Corned Tuna
1 teaspoonground corriander
1 teaspoonground cumin
3 tablespoonslight-calorie, natural yoghurt
1 clovegarlic, chopped very fine
3 small whole wheat tortilla, about 6″ diameter
3 talespoonshummus (store-bought)
60 grams (1 cup)mixed lettuce
1 smalltomato, sliced
1/2 cupdeseeded and sliced cucumber

Procedure

Mix Century Corned Tuna, coriander and cumin in a bowl to make the tuna mix and set aside. in another bowl, mix yoghurt and garlic to make the yoghurt mix and set aside

Warm tortilla in a hot pan for a few seconds on each side. Place the warmed tortilla on a piece of foil.

Smear 1 tablespoon of hummus on the tortilla. Then add 20 grams (about 1/3 cup) of lettuce, some sliced tomato and cucumber

Top this with 1/3 of the tuna mix. Then drizzle 1 tablespoon pf the yoghurt mix on top

Wrap and seal with foil

Repeat procedure with the 2 remaining tortillas and the rest of the ingredients

Serves 3

Delightful tip: Healthy wraps are great to grab and go for breakfast or lunch. It can be prepared in advance and enjoyed warm or cold.
