Ingredients
1 – 175 grams | Century Chunky Corned Tuna |
1 teaspoon | ground corriander |
1 teaspoon | ground cumin |
3 tablespoons | light-calorie, natural yoghurt |
1 clove | garlic, chopped very fine |
3 small | whole wheat tortilla, about 6″ diameter |
3 talespoons | hummus (store-bought) |
60 grams (1 cup) | mixed lettuce |
1 small | tomato, sliced |
1/2 cup | deseeded and sliced cucumber |
Procedure
Mix Century Corned Tuna, coriander and cumin in a bowl to make the tuna mix and set aside. in another bowl, mix yoghurt and garlic to make the yoghurt mix and set aside
Warm tortilla in a hot pan for a few seconds on each side. Place the warmed tortilla on a piece of foil.
Smear 1 tablespoon of hummus on the tortilla. Then add 20 grams (about 1/3 cup) of lettuce, some sliced tomato and cucumber
Top this with 1/3 of the tuna mix. Then drizzle 1 tablespoon pf the yoghurt mix on top
Wrap and seal with foil
Repeat procedure with the 2 remaining tortillas and the rest of the ingredients
Serves 3
Delightful tip: Healthy wraps are great to grab and go for breakfast or lunch. It can be prepared in advance and enjoyed warm or cold.
