Argentina Longanisa Lumpiang Shanghai

Ingredients

1 packArgentina Longganisa, cut in 1″ strips
1 pccarrots, fine strips
1 pcsjicama (singkamas), fine strips
1 pckamote, fine strips
1 bunchkinchay, roughly chopped
12 pcslumpia wrapper
For Cooking and Serving
1 litercooking oil
Dippingsweet chili sauce

Procedures

Place the fillings on one end of the lumpia wrapper. Then fold the ends of the wrapper and roll until the end. Seal the ends with water.

Heat about 1 liter of oil in a deep fryer. Deep fry the rolls until golden brown.

Drip dry onto a paper towel

Serve hot with dipping sauce on the side.

Serves 3 to 4.

Delightful tip: Make in bulk and freeze! These can be fried frozen if you are looking dor a quick snack/meal to make.
