Ingredients
1 pack | Argentina Longganisa, cut in 1″ strips |
1 pc | carrots, fine strips |
1 pcs | jicama (singkamas), fine strips |
1 pc | kamote, fine strips |
1 bunch | kinchay, roughly chopped |
12 pcs | lumpia wrapper |
For Cooking and Serving | |
1 liter | cooking oil |
Dipping | sweet chili sauce |
Procedures
Place the fillings on one end of the lumpia wrapper. Then fold the ends of the wrapper and roll until the end. Seal the ends with water.
Heat about 1 liter of oil in a deep fryer. Deep fry the rolls until golden brown.
Drip dry onto a paper towel
Serve hot with dipping sauce on the side.
Serves 3 to 4.
Delightful tip: Make in bulk and freeze! These can be fried frozen if you are looking dor a quick snack/meal to make.
