Argentina Beef Loaf and Pineapple Curry

Ingredients

2 – 150 gramsArgentina Beef Loaf, cut into quarters
1 tablespooncooking oil
2 tablespoonsgarlic
1 teaspoonchopped luyang dilaw
1/4 cupchopped onion
1 tablespooncurry powder
1 tablespoonpatis
1 – 400 mlCoco Mama Fresh Gata
1 piecesiling labuyo, chopped
1 cupcubed fresh pineapple
1 cupcut-up sitaw

Procedure

In a pan, sauté in oil the garlic, luyang dilaw, onion and curry powder.

Add patis, gata, labuyo, pineapple and sitaw

Cover and cook until sitaw is tender

Stir in Argentina Beef Loaf

Simmer for another minute then remove from heat

Serve hot with rice

Makes 5 to 6 servings

Delightful tip: Aside from sitaw, other vegetable alternatives for this curry dish are abitsuelas or Baguio beans, sigarilyas, and eggplants
