555 Sardines Yakisoba

Ingredients

NOODLES:
2 packsinstant yakisoba noodles
1 -155 grams555 Fried Sardines Hot & Spicy
1/4 cupsliced onion leeks
1 cup sliced cabbage
2 tablespoonsred bell pepper strips
GARNISH:Sunny side-up egg
blanched pechay

Procedure

Cook yakisoba noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes or following package instruction. Drain noodles from water and set aside.

In a medium pan, pour sauce from 555 Fried sardines.

Add cabbage, leeks bell pepper, cooked noodles and seasoning mix. Toss well

To assemble, place prepared yakisoba in a bento box.

Top with fried egg and garnish with pechay

Serves 2

Delightful tip: Yakisoba is also great with other kinds of veggie such as carrots, spinach, mushrooms and bean sprouts. you may choose whatever is fresh and in season.
