Argentina Beef Load and Pineapple Curry

Ingredients

2 – 150 gramsArgentina Beef Loaf, cut into quarters
1 tablespooncooking oil
2 teaspoons garlic
1 teaspoonchopped luyang dilaw
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespooncurry powder
1 tablespoonpatis
1 – 400mlCoco Mama Fresh Gata
1 piecesiling labuyo, chopped
1 cupcubed fresh pineapple
1 cupcut-up sitaw

Procedure

In a pan, saute in oil the garlic, luyang dilaw, onion and curry powder. Add patis, gata, labuyo, pinapple and sitaw

Cover and cook until sitaw is tender. Stir in Argentina Beef Loaf. Simmer for another minute then remove from heat.

Serve hot with rice

Makes 5 to 6 servings

Delightful Tip: Aside from sitaw, other vegetable alternatives for this curry dish are abitsuelas or Baguio beans, sigarilyas, and eggplants.
