Ingredients
2 – 150 grams | Argentina Beef Loaf, cut into quarters |
1 tablespoon | cooking oil |
2 teaspoons | garlic |
1 teaspoon | chopped |
1/4 cup | chopped onion |
1 tablespoon | curry powder |
1 tablespoon | patis |
1 – 400ml | Coco Mama Fresh Gata |
1 piece | siling |
1 cup | cubed fresh pineapple |
1 cup | cut-up sitaw |
Procedure
In a pan, saute in oil the garlic, luyang dilaw, onion and curry powder. Add patis, gata, labuyo, pinapple and sitaw
Cover and cook until sitaw is tender. Stir in Argentina Beef Loaf. Simmer for another minute then remove from heat.
Serve hot with rice
Makes 5 to 6 servings
