Argentina Corned Beef Bulalo Soup

Ingredients

2 – 175 gramsArgentina Corned Beef
6 cupsbeef broth
1 m3diumonion, quartered
1/2 teaspooncracked peppercorn
1 cupdiced potatoes
1/4 cupdiced carrot
1/2 cupdiced baguio beans
2 cupssliced cabbage
1 laurel leaf
1 tablespoonpatis, or according to taste

Procedure

In a pot, combine broth, onion, peppercorn, potatoes, carrot, baguio beans and laurel. Cook and simmer until potatoes and carrots are tender. Stir in Argentina Corned Beef and cabbage then season with patis according to taste. Remove from heat and serve.

Makes 5 to 6 servings.
