Angel Milky Pineapple Gelatin

Ingredients

1 – 25grams Unflavored red gulaman powder
2 1/2 cups Water
1 – 380 grams Angel COndensada
1 – 410 ml Angel Evaporada
1 – 227 grams Pineapple tidbits, drained, reserve syrup

Procedure

In a saucepan, combine gulaman powder, water and reserved pineapple syrup. Mix until gulaman powder dissolves.

Bring to boil. Add Angel Condensada, stirring continuosly for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat. Add Angel Evaporada and mix well.

Pour into molds and sprinkle with pineapple tidbits.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to overnight or until gelatin sets.
