
Ingredients
| NOODLES: | |
| 2 packs | instant yakisoba noodles |
| 1 -155 grams | 555 Fried Sardines Hot & Spicy |
| 1/4 cup | sliced onion leeks |
| 1 cup | sliced cabbage |
| 2 tablespoons | red bell pepper strips |
| GARNISH: | Sunny side-up egg |
| blanched pechay |
Procedure
Cook yakisoba noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes or following package instruction. Drain noodles from water and set aside.
In a medium pan, pour sauce from 555 Fried sardines.
Add cabbage, leeks bell pepper, cooked noodles and seasoning mix. Toss well
To assemble, place prepared yakisoba in a bento box.
Top with fried egg and garnish with pechay
Serves 2
Delightful tip: Yakisoba is also great with other kinds of veggie such as carrots, spinach, mushrooms and bean sprouts. you may choose whatever is fresh and in season.
