1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Procedure
Soak Hofan noodles in water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside
Heat oil on a wok pan. Add garlic and onion, saute until soft and aromatic. Add sardines and continue cooking for 2 minutes. In a small bowl, combine oyster sauce, chicken broth
Serves 3 to 4.
Delightful tip: In case
Hofan is not available, you may use other kinds of noodles such assotanghon , egg noodles, spaghetti or linguine!
