Creamy Macaroni Sopas Deluxe

Ingredients

1 -410 mlAngel Evaporated Filled Milk
2 tablespoonsbutter
1/4 cupchopped onion
1/2 cupdiced carrots
1/4 cupchopped celery
2 teaspoonsminced garlic
6 cupschicken broth
2 cupsuncooked elbow macaroni
2 piecesSwift Chicken Franks, sliced
1 cupshredded chicken meat or, 1 – 150g can of Argentina Corned Chicken Regular
1/2 cupcanned corn kernels, drained
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonpepper

Procedure

In a saucepan, sauté onion, carrots, celery and garlic in butter.

Pour broth and allow to boil

Add macaroni and cook for 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender

Add swift Chicken Franks, chicken meat or Argentina Corned Chicken and corn kernels.

Bring to a boil.

Season with salt and pepper

Turn heat to low then stir in Angel Evaporated Filled Milk.

Remove from heat and serve immediately

Serves 5 to 6

Delightful Tip: To keep sopas from drying out, strain to separate the macaroni from the broth. Spoon the macaroni, meat and veggies into bowls and pour the creamy broth right before serving
