Ingredients
250 grams | spaghetti or linguine |
1/4 cup | olive oil |
1 – 184 grams | Century Tuna Spanish Style (do not drain) |
1/4 cup | sliced garlic |
2 tablespoons | chopped capers |
1/3 cup | sliced black olives |
1 teaspoons | ground and toasted fennel seeds |
1/4 cup | dry white wine (or 2 Tbsps. lemon juice) |
2 cups | Hunt’s Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese |
1/2 teaspoon | salt, or according to taste |
Procedure
Cook spaghetti as directed in the package. Set aside
In a pan, heat olive oil and Century Tuna Chunks Spanish Style with its oil and liquid. Add garlic, capers, olives and ground fennel. Stir in white wine and Hunt’s Spaghetti Sauce.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes to let flavors blend.
Season with salt according to taste
Add cooked pasta and toss well until heated through
Remove from heat and serve
Serves 3 to 4
