Century Tuna Pancit Canton

Ingredients

2 packs (80 grams)instant pancit canton
1 tablespooncooking oil, or use oil from tuna
1 teaspoonminced garlic
1 – 180 gramsCentury Tuna Flakes in Oil
1 tablespoonoyster sauce
Splash ofrice wine
2 tablespoonssliced leaks
2 tablespoonscarrot strips
1 cupsliced cabbage
1/4 cupbean sprouts
Drizzle ofsesame oil

Procedure

Cook instant noodles as directed in the package.

Transfer to a platter and set aside while keeping it hot

In a wok or a pan over medium to high heat, sauté Century Tuna Flakes and garlin in hot oil. Add oyster sauce and rice wine, mimxing it well

Toss in leeks, carrot, cabbage, bean sprout.

Cook until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Add noodles and drizzle sesame oil

Toss again, remove from heat and serve

Serves 3 to 4

Delightful tip: Always cook noodles in briskly boiling water or broth to prevent them from being soggy. The cooking time starts when the noodles are totally submerged in the boiling liquid.
