Ingredients
1 – 184 grams | Century Tuna CHunks in Water, drained |
2 tablespoons | chopped onions |
2 tablespoons | chopped celery stalk |
1 tablespoon | pickle relish |
1/2 cup | mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon | salt |
Dash of | fresh ground pepper |
8 slices | sour dough bread |
4 slices | Emmental or Swiss cheese |
4 slices | cheddar cheese |
Softened butter | |
Fries, chips or side salad |
Procedure
In a bowl, combine Century Tuna Chunks, onions, celery, pickle relish and mayonnaise.
Season with salt and pepper and mix well
Spread filling on bread then top with cheeses.
Brush butter on bread then grill on both sides until cheese melts.
Serve with fries or chips or side salad
Makes 4 sandwiches
Delightful Tip: You can lessen calories by using light mayonnaise for the tuna salad mixture, low fat cheese and olive oil on the bread instead of butter.
