
Ingredients
| 1 – 155 grams | 555 Fried Sardines with Tausi |
| 5 to 6 medium | steamed mantou |
| 1/4 cup | hoisin sauce, or as needed |
| 1/4 cup | chopped roasted peanuts mixed with, |
| 2 tablespiins | sugar |
| Lettuce | |
| Thin slices of cucumber | |
| Nori or seaweed sheets to decorate | |
| Ponkan orange | |
| Sesame buchi or mochi balls |
Procedure
Mash 555 Fried Sardines with Tausi with its sauce
Fill into steamed mantou with lettuce, cucumber, hoisin sauce, and peanut-sugar mixture
Decorate with nori then arrange in a bento box with oranges and sesame balls
Serves 5 to 6
Delightful Tip: Aside from lettuce and cucumber, this mantou sandwich is also delicious with pickled vegetables such as kimchi, kiam chai (pickled mustard leaves) or dill pickles
