555 Spanish Sardines Con Ensalada Tomate

Ingredients

2 – 155 grams555 Spanish Sardines in Oil
1 largetomato, diced
1 mediumred onion, peeled and chopped
1 smallgreen bell pepper, deseeded and chopped
1 smalllemon, cut in half
To tastesalt, pepper and sugar

Procedure

Drain 555 Spanish Sardines from its oil and transfer to a bowl

Crumble lughly with a fork. Add tomato, onion and bell pepper. Mix well

Squeeze juice from one-half lemon then add to the sardines

Slice the other half to wedges and set aside

Season sardines mixture with salt, pepper and sugar according to taste.

Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with crakers and lemon wedges.

Serves 6.
