Ingredients
2 – 155 grams | 555 Spanish Sardines in Oil |
1 large | tomato, diced |
1 medium | red onion, peeled and chopped |
1 small | green bell pepper, deseeded and chopped |
1 small | lemon, cut in half |
To taste | salt, pepper and sugar assorted crackers |
Procedure
Drain 555 Spanish Sardines from its oil and transfer to a bowl
Crumble lughly with a fork. Add tomato, onion and bell pepper. Mix well
Squeeze juice from one-half lemon then add to the sardines
Slice the other half to wedges and set aside
Season sardines mixture with salt, pepper and sugar according to taste.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with crakers and lemon wedges.
