| Chill before whipping. Optimal product temperature before whipping should be between +8º and +12ºC. |
| When whipped, it provides a nice flavour, a creamy texture and a pleasant colour. |

Use: Shake well before use. For best results, whip between +8°C and + 12°C at medium speed until achieving the desired texture.
