UHT blend of buttermilk, vegetable fat and dairy fat for whipping, cooking and pouring.
Storage: Keep refrigerated between 0°C and +5°C. once opened, use within 3 days. Do not freeze.
Use: Shake well before use. For best results in whipping, and sugar to taste and whip at medium speed until achieving the desired texture.

Buttermilk, Fullu hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel/palm), cream, lacotse, emulsifiers (E-435, E-471, Soy lecithin), stabilizers (E-415, E-407), salt and colour (beta carotene).
