Ingredients
1 – 1kg | Hunt’s Spaghetti Sauce Tomato Basil & Cheese |
3/4 kg | Pork Kasim |
3 pcs | Bay leaf |
1 -200 g | Swift Delicious Bacon, sliced |
1 – 200 g | Swift Delicious Bacon, sliced |
1 tablespoon | minced garlic |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon | paprika |
1 teaspoon | salt |
1/2 teaspoon | white pepper |
500 grams | rigatoni pasta, cooked per package instruction |
1/2 cup | grated cheddar cheese |
Procedure
Boil pork kasim with bay leaves in a pot for 30 minutes. Drain the pork. Shred, then set aside.Shred, then aside.
In a large pan, fry bacon and pork kasim until crispy. Set aside half for garnish, then sauté garlic and onions with the remaining bacon and pork.
In the same pan, add paprika, salt, pepper and Hunt’s Spaghetti Sauce. Simmer for 3 minutes
Add cooked rigatoni, tossing it well into the sauce. Remove pasta form pan and transfer to a serving platter.
Top with cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and pulled pork
