Ingredients
1 -400 grams | Century Quality Boneless Bangus Belly Unseasoned |
3 tablespoons | soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | calamansi juice |
3 tablespoons | minced garlic |
1 tablespoon | minced ginger |
1/4 teaspoon | salt |
1/8 teaspoon | pepper |
1 teaspoon | hot sauce, optional |
2 tablespoons | vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon | minced ginger |
1/4 cup | minced onions |
1 – 400ml | Coco Mama Fresh Gata |
Fried garlic for topping |
Procedure
Marinate Century bangus in soy sauce, calamansi juice, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and hot sauce for atleast 1 hour.
In a pan sauté ginger and onions in oil until done. Remove from oil and set aside.
Using the same oil, pan fry bangus until done on both sides
Add in sautéed ginger, onions and Coco Mama Fresh Gata
Bring to a boil and simmer until thick
Top with fried garlic before serving

Delightful Tip: To prevent oil splatters while frying bangus, sprinkle some flour or cornstarch on fish after marinating.
