
Ingredients
| 1 tablespoon | vegetable oil |
| 1 tablespoon | minced garlic |
| 1 medium | onion – peeled, chopped |
| 2 pieces | dried shitake mushrooms – soaked in hot water, rinsed and sliced |
| 1 cup | cabbage kimchi (baechu) |
| 1/2 cup | chive kimchi (buchu) |
| 1 -170 grams | Argentina Beef Loaf, sliced |
| 4 cups | beef broth |
| 1 to 2 tablespoons | gojuchang paste, to taste |
| 1 to 2 tablespoons | light soy sauce to taste |
| 2 squares (500g) | tofu, preferably soft – diced |
Procedure
Heat oil in medium-sized sauce pot. Sauté garlic and onion.
Stir in mushrooms, cabbage kimchi and chive kimchi
Cook for about 3 minutes
Add argentina Beef Loaf and pour beef broth
Cover and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes
Season with gojuchang, soy sauce according to taste
Add tofu cubes and cook for another minute
Remove from heat and ladle into bowls
Serve and enjoy!
