Ingredients
454 grams | lasagna noodles |
2 tablespoons | cooking oil |
1/2 cup | chopped onion |
2 tablespoons | minced garlic |
1/2 cup | chopped red bell pepper |
250 g (1/4 kh) | ground pork |
2 cups | Hunt’s Spaghetti Sauce Pinoy Party Style |
salt and pepper to taste | |
2 tablespoons | butter |
1 1/2 tablespoons | all-purpose flour |
1 – 370 ml | Angel KremQueso |
2 tablespoons | chopped parsley |
Procedure
Cook lasagna according to packaging instructions. Set aside
using a large skillet, heat oil and add onion, garlic and bell pepper
Cook until soft and aromatic.
Add in ground pork and continue to cook until brown
Add spaghetti sauce
Simmer ver medium low heat for 15 minutes
In a small pot, melt butter and add all-purpose flour
Stir in Angel KremQueso and continue cooking over low heat until thick
To assemble, layer meat sauce, lasagna sheets in a serving dish
Top it off with cheese sauce and sprinkle parsley
Serves 5 to 6
