
Ingredients
| 1 tablespoon | cooking oil |
| 1 tablespoon | minced garlic |
| 1 teaspoon | ginger strips |
| 1/4 cup | chopped onions |
| 1 tablespoon | oyster sauce |
| 2 cups | broccoli blanched |
| 2 – a55 grams | 555 Fried Sardines Hot & Spicy |
| 1 teaspoon | sugar |
| 1/4 cup | water |
| 1/2 tablespoon | cornstarch |
Procedure
Heat cooking oil in pan.
Sauté garlic, ginger and onion.
Add oyster sauce, broccoli and 555 Fried Sardines with its sauce
Cook until heated through
In a small bowl, mix together sugar, water and cornstarch
Add to sautéed sardines and cook for 2 minutes or until saice has thickened
Best served with steamed rice
Makes 6 servings.
